Rice Papers are easy to apply to your artwork. 
Using some Mod Podge or similar, apply to the back of the rice paper then smooth on to your works starting from the centre of the paper pushing outwards with your fingers or a flat soft tool to get rid of any imperfections. 
Then coat again with Mod Podge or another similar agent and allow to dry.
